My Hotel Experience


To supervise and lead the hospitality team at hotel, to gain a larger guest list by applying knowledge of customer relationship and also giving them maximum gratification for their money in a relaxing environment.

For the past year i have worked as a supervisor in a hotel which means for one to check and make sure all aspect of the hotel as well as the stay of the guest is pleasant.there are many things to look out for in a supervisor which are

Working in a hotel has exposed me to different kinds of people both women and men. Which till today some of them still suprises me when i think about them. I have been able to come out of my comfort zone to attend to some guest in terms  of solving dispute at odd hours of the night,chasing debtors to pay up. My experience in the hotel is not all gloomy there are fun days also seeing your guest checking out with satisfied and happy faces makes it all worthwhile.

I have learned alot in my time working here managing people mostly,and also how to run a hotel business.
